NurCore ("NurCore", "we", "us", or "our") operates the NurCore website and, once launched, the NurCore mobile application (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Right now, the Service consists of this waitlist landing page. We collect:
- Email address — when you join the waitlist, so we can notify you about early access and product updates.
- Signup source — an internal label (e.g. which page or section you signed up from) used to understand what's driving interest.
- Technical data — your IP address and basic request metadata, processed only to verify you're a human and prevent spam/abuse (via Cloudflare Turnstile).
- Usage data — standard, aggregated web analytics (such as pages visited) that our hosting provider may log to keep the site secure and reliable.
When the NurCore app launches, this policy will be updated to describe app-specific data, such as meals you log, photos you choose to share for meal analysis, voice input, and health/fitness details you provide (e.g. goals, weight, activity level). We'll notify waitlist members before that data collection begins.
2. How we use your information
- To manage the waitlist and notify you about early access.
- To send product updates and occasional announcements — never spam.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and bot signups.
- To understand aggregate interest in the product and improve it.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Service, such as Cloudflare (hosting, database, and bot protection). They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.
- Authorities, if required to comply with the law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of NurCore or others.
- A successor entity, if NurCore is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale — your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Data retention
We keep your waitlist email address until you ask us to delete it or until the waitlist is no longer needed (for example, once you've been granted access and created an account, or the beta has ended).
5. Your choices
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time.
- You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message we send, or by contacting us directly.

6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
8. International users
We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer, in accordance with this policy.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members by email where appropriate.
