Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NurCore website and, once available, the NurCore mobile application (together, the "Service"), operated by NurCore ("NurCore", "we", "us", or "our"). By joining the waitlist or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
NurCore is an AI nutrition coaching product. Today, the Service is a waitlist for early access. Once the app launches, it will let you log meals (by photo, voice, text, or barcode), track macros and progress, and get real-time coaching guidance. Features, availability, and pricing may change as the product develops, including during any beta period.
2. Not medical advice
NurCore provides general nutrition and fitness information for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or dietitian with any questions about a medical condition, allergy, eating disorder, or before making changes to your diet or exercise routine. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you saw in the Service.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Waitlist and beta features
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a specific timeline, or any particular feature set. Beta or early-access features are provided "as is" and may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice, and may contain bugs or inaccuracies (for example, in estimated calories or macros from a photo).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Submit content you don't have the right to share, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service without our permission.
- Misuse the waitlist form, including submitting false information or signing up others without consent.
6. Your content
When the app is available, you may submit content such as meal photos, voice input, or logged data ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant NurCore a license to use, process, and store Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service (for example, analyzing a meal photo to estimate macros). You're responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to share it.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, branding, text, graphics, and underlying technology, is owned by NurCore or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any nutrition estimate, recommendation, or output will be accurate or suitable for your specific needs.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NurCore will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, health outcomes, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (or, for the current waitlist stage, $0).
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service, or ask us to remove your waitlist entry, at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, including waitlist status, if we believe these Terms have been violated or to protect the Service or its users.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is required by the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
